From sparking conversations on equity and innovation at the Volcano Summit in Guatemala, to sharing lessons about coalitions at Opportunity Collaboration in Portugal and connecting with the next generation of changemakers through the Global Shapers community in Madrid, our team continues to represent Miami’s bold, community-driven spirit on the world stage.

Back in our region, we have been deepening roots through Seeds of Connection, a celebration of bridge-building and belonging in Atlanta, Georgia.

Like our friends at Readers 2 Leaders and For Oak Cliff in Dallas, and Dream Defenders in Miami.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Readers 2 Leaders and For Oak Cliff in Dallas, as well as Dream Defenders in Miami, supporting their coalition-building journeys through two interactive workshops and one-on-one consulting calls with members of our team.

Together, we’ve explored what it takes to build strong, values-aligned collaborations, from defining shared purpose and vision to strengthening trust, communication, and collective action. We were also fortunate to bring local Miami leaders Jaime Sutta and Tina Brown to teach and learn about the challenges and successes of co-leading in coalitions alongside them; their insights and leadership deepened every conversation and reminded us that transformation happens when local leaders move forward, even if or when slowly, together.
