Neighborhood Heroes Connect

This exciting new initiative is designed to elevate the work of over 50 grassroots leaders—primarily alumni of our Leadership Lab: Neighborhood Heroes. Together, we’ll address leadership needs, spark collaboration with funders, mentors, and peers, and shine a spotlight on their incredible efforts in South Florida.

Included is the one-day summit in May 2025, where leaders and stakeholders will come together to share resources, forge partnerships, and ignite community-driven change.

- 100+ Miami Organizations Are Open for Business! -

The Miami Open for Business Technical Assistance Program for Nonprofits, funded by Wells Fargo through The Miami Foundation, wrapped up in 2024 after an incredible 1.5-year journey. Radical Partners hosted 10 virtual sessions with 7 experts, covering key topics like Theory of Change and budgeting, along with 5 in-person Mastermind sessions. Plus, nonprofits received 150 hours of FREE one-on-one coaching from 11 mentors. This program has been a game-changer, driving growth, connection, and empowerment for nonprofits across Miami.

Engage Across the Social Impact Ecosystem

- Miami Fuckup Nights! -

Fuckup Nights Miami is a chapter of the global movement that breaks the taboo around failure, providing a space to share, laugh at, and learn from missteps as a tool for growth. In 2024, we had an impactful year, hosting four unforgettable events—two in partnership with Venture Café Miami, one with SMASH Miami, and an inspiring activation with Radical Partners alumni. These gatherings allowed us to reflect on failure stories, not to celebrate mistakes, but to encourage growth and resilience in individuals and organizations.

More Fuckup Nights are on the horizon for 2025, starting with our special Women in Power edition in March! Are you ready to share your failure story? We’re looking for 3 courageous women to take the stage for our first Fuckup Night of the year!

Co-Create Solutions

Through coaching, strategic planning, capacity building, and retreat facilitation, we constantly empower leaders and strengthen organizations, driving meaningful change across communities.

In 2024 alone, we partnered with 14 organizations, and our 17 solutions reached over 300,000 locals, 740 organizations, and 1,000 leaders across 3 counties, fueling innovation and collaboration. From amplifying nonprofit fundraising to uniting arts leaders and empowering small businesses, we sparked lasting progress across all impact sectors.

Place-Based Intermediaries

CORE (Community Organizations Reimagining Ecosystems) brought together leaders from 8+ Place-Based Intermediary (PBI) organizations across the USA to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and drive meaningful change in communities.

Arts Access Miami

The Arts Access Coalition, now coordinated by Young Musicians Unite, believes every child deserves access to the arts and empowers arts organizations to provide high-quality, diverse programs across communities.

You can celebrate the power of art and music with them at the Miami Gardens Youth Music Festival, where over 600 young musicians will showcase their talents. And if you're passionate about arts access, visit their website to connect and get involved!

Zero Waste Coalition

Zero Waste Miami (ZWM), led by Debris Free Oceans, is uniting nonprofits, businesses, and government entities to build a sustainable local economy focused on reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting.

With over 80 individuals representing more than 60 organizations, ZWM is growing into a powerful network dedicated to a zero-waste future for Miami-Dade County. Membership is free and offers access to valuable resources, monthly meetings, and ongoing collaboration. Shape a sustainable future by joining them today!

Tech Talent Coalition

The Miami Tech Talent Coalition is a collaborative forum focused on connecting South Florida employers with a growing pool of tech talent. In 2024, the Coalition successfully hosted its monthly Inclusive Tech Talent Pipeline Working Group, fostering innovation and progress in tech recruitment. By joining, you'll gain access to a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline from top training institutions—all at no cost.
