What do we do with the funding that YOU provide?

Well in September we provided assistance for 79 families!

  • YOU allowed us to pay for 25 families to receive medical care.

  • YOU allowed us to help with 4 vehicle repairs

  • YOU allowed 21 patients to receive equipment that was NOT covered by insurance.

  • YOU paid utility bills for 17 families!

YOU did all this and so much more!

A Word From Our Founder:

Dear Mom,

It’s been a crazy month! There was a fire in an apartment complex in Seabrook. Some of the apartments house people with some disability or special needs. No one got hurt but they had no insurance, they lost everything and now were homeless. With the shelters full they were housed in local hotels, which they couldn’t afford. Your Annie’s Angels partnered with some other organizations to pay for hotels while their apartments were under repair. We were such a blessing for them. Imagine waking up with your home on fire and watching the fire from the street and feeling like that is where you’ll stay until it’s repaired. We made a difference mom.

Now let me tell you about Maria. Maria is my age mom. She has MS, she has a hole in her heart and needs a hip replacement, all repairable and all covered by insurance. The problem is, Maria has gum disease and bad teeth from the meds she’s been on so her life saving surgeries are on hold because she doesn’t have dental insurance. This request is different mom. If we don’t get a bill paid in time, I can make a call and make arrangements with the company. If we fail now, Maria will die. I did call the dentist and was able to negotiate a $1,000 reduction for the same work, but we will still need $5,000. To get the dental work done. Wish us luck mom.

Well, that’s it for now. I’ll write soon.

Love Always,

Bill

A Word from our Director Of Development

As the days turn cool and crisp and the foliage bursts into color, we’re reminded that the colder months are just around the corner. With every New England season comes increased expenses for local families. The rising utility costs like oil, propane, electricity, and even firewood can create added financial strain.

At Annie’s Angels, our mission is to ease that burden for families dealing with the challenges of disease, illness, or disability. We’re committed to providing immediate assistance so they don’t have to worry about how they’ll pay their bills. But we can’t do it without YOU. Your continued support is what makes this possible.

Local businesses are the backbone of Annie’s Angels, and we’re incredibly thankful for their ongoing support every day!

Thank you to Ability Allies for selecting Annie’s Angels as the beneficiary of the Seacoast Wellness Series in September. The event was well attended, and we are so grateful for the generous support and donations we received.

We had a wonderful day at the Vet Together Paintball event at OSG Paintball, where we represented Angel Pets for Vets. Our program matches veterans with shelter pets by covering adoption fees. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with the community and veterans alike. We’re excited to announce a new partnership with For the Love of Dog Rescue, which will allow us to help even more veterans and shelter animals find loving homes. A huge thank you to Mason and Sophia DeFrancesco for making this meaningful event possible. Your hard work and dedication to help veterans is appreciated by so many!
