Summer in New England is a time to slow down, soak in the beauty of the outdoors, and make lasting memories with family and friends. Whether it's spending sunny days at the lake, enjoying the ocean breeze, dancing to live music, or chasing little ones around the playground, these are the moments we hold on to all year. At Annie’s Angels, we believe every family deserves to experience the joys of summer—and because of YOU, we’ve been able to make that possible for so many in our community.
This summer, your generous support helped us provide assistance where it was needed most. From gift cards for groceries and gas, utility payments, to car repairs and medical support YOU helped lift real burdens off real families. We even helped install fences to keep children safe around backyard pools, giving families peace of mind and a chance to enjoy the season together.
We're also thrilled to announce that Annie’s Angels is now an official sponsor of the new ADA-compliant Planet Playground 2.0 in Exeter, NH. This inclusive, accessible space is a huge step forward for families of all abilities. You can now see our banner and plaques on display for Annie’s Angels and the Amanda Ranauro Autism Assistance Fund. We celebrated this exciting milestone with a joyful ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside members of the community and fellow sponsors.
On a personal note, I had the privilege of attending and supporting two incredible golf tournaments this summer, both dedicated to raising funds and awareness for local families. Amanda Ranauro Charity Golf Tournament, 5th annual and Cause Fore Boz, 15th annual. These events are more than just a day on the course, they can be deeply emotional for the families we serve, offering both hope and healing. The turnout was fantastic, the energy was inspiring, and the generosity of players, sponsors, and supporters like YOU made these events a huge success. The funds raised will support local families year-round, allowing us to continue providing critical assistance long after the summer ends. We are so grateful for everyone who showed up, played, sponsored, and gave from the heart.
None of this would be possible without YOU. Your compassion and commitment allow us to keep saying “yes” when families come to us in crisis. Thank you for helping us make a difference not just in the summer, but all year long.
With Gratitude,
Susan Young
