OI Partners – Dakin Partnership

As we enter 2026, OI Partners is pleased to announce a key organisational partnership. Our Outplacement Partner, Choice Australia, has merged with Dakin Partners, creating the Choice Dakin brand for Career Transition and Outplacement.

What’s key for us though is Peter Dakin’s long history in executive search, recruitment and Board appointments. OI Partners now brings in Dakin resources, contacts and methodologies, which further enhances our Executive Search capabilities. Dakin, for almost 40 years has been very successful recruiting at C suite level across Private, Government and Not for Profit sectors, with a strong focus on Community, Sporting and Peak Body membership organisations.

Indeed, we already partnered on an assignment late last year with excellent results.

We look forward to continuing the Dakin legacy, but also expanding our own capability even further!
