"This class gave me direction on what I can work on and move forward to faster/safer riding.  Thank you for putting this on and helping me become a better rider."
Derek Kay

"The absolute best part of that two day class was my Track instructor Tim he dissected my weaknesses and gave me simple to understand corrections and it worked like a charm. Tim was absolutely awesome and he made the class a very enjoyable productive time on the track."
Steve Nakagawa

"No matter your skill level, reviewing the fundamentals and thinking about your riding will always produce something new that you can work on and improve. KH Coaching does an excellent job of this, and the personalized on track instruction is well worth the cost of the school. Thanks 2Fast for hosting a great event!"

2Fast is super stoked to present Ken Hill’s Motorcycle Fundamentals Masterclass at The Ridge Motorsports Park this year!

A fantastic 2Day program offered on multiple dates.  Join us for this cutting-edge rider development program at one of the most exciting and challenging tracks on the MotoAmerica circuit, The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington. Take your pick of the remaining two schools scheduled for the 2024 season: June 24-25, and July 16-17.

The Masterclass curriculum follows Ken Hill’s Order of the Sport, which teaches the six fundamentals of motorcycle riding and best practice techniques used by the world’s top riders. The modular, step-by-step methodology is designed to help you become a faster, safer, and more confident rider, whether you just got your first bike or are an experienced racer.

2Fast is excited to announce rental bikes are available at most of our events in 2024 through a partnership with TrackTime.

The TrackTime rental fleet consists of track prepped Kawasaki 400 Ninja’s that you can rent for one or two days for 2Fast events. This allows you to just show up with your required protective gear as listed in the technical FAQ and ride as fuel, tires and making sure the motorcycle is ready when you arrive is all taken care of. Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I need to do to my bike in preparation for a 2Fast track day?

Make sure your bike runs well, is clean of debris, and is 100% free of oil leaks. Check your tires for tread wear and condition (75% tread life remaining or better). Tape over the glass/plastic on your lights and turn signals, as well as the glass on your mirrors. For more information click here

I am new to the track, do you offer any riding training?

For those who are less experienced, have never been on a track, have never had instruction, and/or want to learn performance-oriented motorcycle riding skills, we strongly encourage you to add our 2Fast performance school. Students of this class will receive the same amount of track time as all other track day participants (20 minutes of each hour); however, during the 40 minutes of time in between sessions, we spend time with our performance school students in a classroom environment. Is 1:1 coaching available?

Yes, we offer an opportunity for riders of all levels to receive personalized, one-on-one instruction in a controlled and safe environment. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced rider aiming to fine-tune your techniques, our track day is designed to cater to your individual needs and goals. Will there be tires available for sale at the track and/or a tire changing service?

Yes, tires and tire changing service is available through our track day vendors. Sage Wilkinson of Cascade Tire and Racing Services provides Pirelli and Michelin tires and also has various supplies for track day riders.  Kumpy Kump of Kump Racing Services provides Dunlop tires, parts and accessories.  Adam Black with Hot & Hazardous Racing provides Bridgestone tires. Sage and Kumpy are at most of our events and Adam will be at PIR as well as some Ridge and ORP events.

Which riding level is right for me, 100, 200 or 300?

We have three run groups based upon riding levels.

100 group is "Relaxed" and provides first-time track riders on sportbikes, beginner level riders, and riders not on sportbikes with a more comfortable track day session to ride in.

200 group is "Intermediate" and is a session for riders who have attended track days, have a stronger level of confidence on the track, and ride at a faster pace than the Relaxed, Level 100 group.

300 group is "Expert" and this session is dedicated to the fastest and most experienced group of riders on the track. As one would expect of a session that has mostly racers in it, there are no passing rules or restrictions in this group – other than using common courtesy and sense while making a pass.

If you are a first timer or you’re not sure between 100 and 200, sign up for Level 100. Play it safe. We’ll advance you if we think you’re ready for Level 200. Additionally, consider taking our performance riding school if you haven’t already: you’ll be glad you did.
