As a valued stockholder, we are writing to inform you of the upcoming election for members of our Board of Directors. Please review the key dates and action items below to ensure your voice is heard.

Nominating Committee Interviews

August 24th
Nominating Committee presents slate of candidates to the Board of Directors

August 25th–September 28th
Petition period open

September 28th–October 12th
Election voting period

Your Participation Matters

Are you interested in becoming more involved in the future of our facility? We are currently seeking candidates for our Board of Directors. To be eligible, you must have been a stockholder for at least 24 months.

The Board plays a vital role in shaping both our long-term vision and strategic goals for the next 5–10 years. Additionally, the Board is actively engaged in key initiatives, including ongoing efforts related to the irrigation project.
