Members! I have met with D1 training located on Government Way to be able to offer our Members a winter fitness training program! D1's staff is very passionate about helping our Members get to the next level!

Level up your game with golf-specific strength, mobility, and injury-prevention training at D1 Training CDA.

Dedicated 12-week class (2x/week): We’re collecting interest now—class launches when we reach 10 participants (target Tue/Thu schedule).

$390 per participant for 12-weeks!

Unlimited Access Option: Avondale members can train anytime in D1’s regular classes—just present your club card or call to enroll.
