Stockholders! If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors this fall, please review the following election timeline and information to submit your interest. Qualifications: Must have been a stockholder for at least 24 months Term Duration: January 2026 – December 2028 Election Timeline: Application Deadline: August 18
Please submit your Letter of Intent, including your resume, background information, and a brief statement outlining your interest in serving. Candidate Interviews: August 21st from 5:30-7:30 PM. We will notify you of your interview appointment time. Recommendations to Current Board: August 28 Petition Period: August 28 – September 29 Voting Window: September 29 – October 13
