Members of Avondale Golf Club!

With the implementation of our new software, Lightspeed aka Chronogolf, we have received questions about how to manage your house account going forward. Please review the information below and please forward any additional questions to Kelly Nikula, Office Manager at kelly@avondalegolfcourse.com.

Soon, online payments will be available for your convenience. However, until that feature is fully activated, we're offering several other payment methods to take advantage of:

  1. ACH Auto Pay: Sign up for automatic payments directly from your bank account. To enroll, please contact our Office Manager, Kelly, at kelly@avondalegolfcourse.com.

  2. ACH Over the Phone: Once your bank account is set up on our end you can call at any time to have us pull from your bank account.

  3. Credit Card AutoPay or Over the Phone or In Person: You can make payments using your credit card via autopay, over the phone or visit us in person. Please note that a 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments.

  4. Cash or Check: You can always pay in person using cash or a check.

We highly encourage opting for ACH Auto Pay for its convenience and ease of use.

Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • For monthly Members, dues will be charged to your house account on the 28th of every month.

  • Statements detailing your account activity will be released on the 1st of each month.

  • For those opted into auto pay, your payment method will be charged on the 20th of each month

  • By default, all members are opted into receiving email statements. If you prefer to receive statements by mail, please contact Kelly to update your preference.

  • Accounts that are 45 days past the statement date are considered late. A 5% late fee will be applied on the 45th day, and your payment method on file will be charged.

  • A reminder that all members are required to have a payment method on file should they wish to utilize their house account privileges.
