HART Gallery does not require you to create an account. We do not store your personal information on our own private servers. However, when you make a purchase, we collect the information necessary to process your payment and ship your order:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Shipping Information: Shipping and billing addresses.
• Payment Metadata: Transaction details provided via Apple Pay and Stripe.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfill your orders (Original art and Printful merchandise).
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To prevent fraudulent transactions via Stripe’s security protocols.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to complete your transaction:

• Stripe & Apple Pay: To process payments. We never see or store your credit card numbers.
• Printful: To print and ship merchandise orders to your address.

4. Data Retention

Because we do not use personal user accounts, we do not maintain a database of "user profiles." Transaction records are maintained by our payment processor (Stripe) and fulfillment partner (Printful) in accordance with their own legal and tax obligations.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access or delete the information held by our processors. Since we do not store this data locally, requests regarding transaction history should be directed to the payment provider or by contacting us at the email below.

6. Security

We leverage the world-class security of Apple Pay and Stripe to ensure your data is encrypted and handled safely. We do not collect or store any sensitive biometric or financial data within the app itself.
