FreeDive Ai (hereinafter referred to as the "App") values your personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Personal Information Protection Act." This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Method

This App can be used anonymously without a sign-up process, and we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.

• Automatically Collected Information: Device identifier (Device ID), operating system version, app usage history (visited posts, likes, etc.).

• Anonymous Login: We use Firebase Anonymous Login to generate a unique identifier (UID), which is not linked to your personal identification information (name, email, etc.).

• Payment Information: When paying for a premium subscription, receipt information may be collected for payment processing and subscription status management. However, this is processed through Apple (or Google) and RevenueCat, and we do not directly store financial information.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The collected information is used only for the following purposes.

• Service provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement

• Providing personalized content and advertisements (upon consent for personalized ads)

• Checking and restoring premium (Ad-Free) subscription status

• Service usage statistical analysis and error correction

3. Third-Party Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information

In principle, the App does not provide your personal information to external parties. However, we use the following external services for smooth service provision.

• Google Firebase: Anonymous authentication, database storage (User UID, settings, etc.), crash and error analysis.

• Google AdMob: Displaying in-app banners and interstitial advertisements (Personalized ad identifiers may be used with your consent).

• RevenueCat: In-app purchase (subscription) receipt verification and status management.

4. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

Your personal information is retained and used during the period of service use. If you delete the App or request the destruction of information, it will be destroyed without delay. However, if information storage is required by relevant laws and regulations, it will be kept for that period.

5. User Rights

Users can withdraw their consent for information collection and the provision of ad identifiers at any time through device settings (Allow/Deny tracking, etc.). If you wish to delete your anonymous account and related data, you can delete the App from your device or request it through the in-app inquiry function.

6. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

To protect your information, the App applies encryption (HTTPS) during data transmission and stores data using secure cloud services (Firebase, etc.).
