Apk Extractor Pro

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026
Applies to: Apk Extractor Pro, Android application com.dylan.win11.app.extractor, distributed on Google Play
Contact: davicdinchina@gmail.com

There is no account and no server of ours. Your apps, APK files and backups stay on your device. The data that does leave the device is collected by analytics, advertising and billing services from Google and AppLovin, listed in section 3.

The app never uploads the list of apps installed on your phone, your APK files, or your backups to us. Transfers to another phone or a computer happen directly over your local network.

1.About this policy

Apk Extractor Pro lets you browse installed apps, extract and back up APK files, keep version history, compare versions, install packages, view app statistics and move apps to a new phone. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. It does not cover Google Play itself, or the apps and services you choose to share files with.

2.What stays on your device

The following information is processed only on your phone. It is never sent to us or to any third party by the app:

WhatHow it is used
List of installed appsRead from Android to show the app list, details, permissions, statistics and backup choices. The list, package names and app details are not uploaded, and are not included in analytics events.
APK files, backups and version historyExtracted APK files are saved to the folder you chose in settings. Version history backups, including the periodic automatic ones, are copied to a dedicated folder in your device storage. Neither is uploaded.
Usage access dataIf you grant it, see section 5. Used only on the device.
App settingsYour preferences, such as save path, file name format, sort order and device name for transfers.

3.Data collected by third-party services

The app includes the following SDKs. They send some information from your device to their providers. Firebase and Google Play Billing process data on our behalf. The advertising networks may also use data for their own purposes, such as ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

Data types

This table matches our Google Play Data safety declaration.

Data typeShared with third partiesPurpose

Device or other IDs (advertising ID, app instance ID)YesAnalytics, advertising, fraud prevention, app functionality
Diagnostics (device model, Android version, error reasons)YesAnalytics, advertising, fraud prevention
Crash logsYesAnalytics, advertising, fraud prevention
Approximate location (derived from IP address)YesAnalytics, advertising, fraud prevention
Phone numberYesAdvertising, fraud prevention, analytics
Purchase history (whether Pro was purchased)NoApp functionality, analytics

About phone number: the app itself never reads your phone number and does not request any phone permission. It is declared because advertising SDKs may process it, where available, for ad delivery and fraud prevention. About location: the app does not use GPS or request location permissions; approximate location is inferred by these services from your IP address.

All of this data is sent over encrypted connections. It is required for the free, ad-supported version to work; there is no switch in the app to turn it off. You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) on your device.

For users in regions covered by the GDPR, the app tells AppLovin that consent for personalized ads has not been given. For all users, the app sets AppLovin's “do not sell” flag.

4.Local network transfers

Device migration, web transfer and receiving files work directly between your devices on the same Wi-Fi network. When you start a web transfer, the app runs a small web server on your phone that can only be reached from your local network with the one-time link or QR code it shows. The app list and files you choose go straight to the other device; they do not pass through our servers, and we cannot see them. Stop the transfer to close the server.

When you share an APK through Android's share sheet, the file goes to the app you pick, and that app's own privacy policy applies.

5.Usage Access permission

To show your device health, app cache usage and apps you have not used for a long time, and to provide cleanup suggestions, Apk Extractor Pro may request the Usage Access permission (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS). This permission is optional and must be enabled by you manually in system settings; the core features of the app work without it. Information accessed through this permission, such as app cache sizes and each app's last-used time, is analyzed and displayed only locally on your device. It is never collected, stored on any server, uploaded, or shared with any third party. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access.

7.When you email us

The “Send feedback” option opens your email app with a pre-filled message containing the app version, device model, Android version, app language and whether Pro is purchased, so we can help faster. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and you can edit or delete any of it first. We use your email only to reply to you.

8.Backups

App settings may be included in Android's standard backup to your own Google account, if you have that feature enabled. That backup is governed by Google's terms; we have no access to it. Extracted APK files and version history backups are ordinary files in your device storage, and are not uploaded by the app.

9.Retention and deletion

We do not keep a database of users. Analytics data is linked to a random app instance ID, not to your name or email, and is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics before being deleted. Data collected by advertising networks is retained under their own policies, linked above.

To request deletion, email davicdinchina@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will delete the analytics data we can associate with your installation and reply within 30 days. For data held by an advertising network, you can also contact that provider directly, or reset your advertising ID on the device.

Uninstalling the app removes its settings and stops all collection. Extracted APK files and version history backups in your device storage stay there until you delete them.

10.Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us at the address below to exercise them. We do not sell personal data. Emails you send us are never shared.

11.Children

Apk Extractor Pro is a utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Security

Data sent by the SDKs in section 3 is encrypted in transit. Local network transfers require the one-time link shown on your phone. No security measure is perfect; keep a screen lock enabled on your device.

13.Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes too, and the new version is published at this same address.
