Photos or videos submitted voluntarily
Device identifiers and usage data (collected via Firebase Authentication)
IP address, OS, app activity required for security

From Referred Individuals:

Name and phone number
Accident or injury details submitted by the referrer

Referrers must obtain consent before submitting information.

Operate essential app functionality
Process referrals and connect users with attorneys or clinics
Verify identity and eligibility
Generate IRS Form 1099-NEC
Prevent fraud and maintain security
Comply with legal obligations

We do not use personal information for advertising or tracking.

Attorneys, clinics, and professional partners responding to referrals
Service providers supporting app operations (hosting, authentication, etc.)

D818 issues IRS Form 1099-NEC yearly
Users are independent contractors, not employees
