# Design System — Fathom

> Read from Fathom's public website (fathomhealth.com) by Clinical Terminal. Not reviewed by Fathom.
> Use it as inspiration: borrow the ideas, not Fathom's name, logo or identity.

## Ground
- **Light ground** (#FFFFFF), from Fathom's site background #FFFFFF. Pages and panels sit on it.
- Main text: #293240 (12.93:1 on the ground).
- Secondary text is #293240 at 88% / 76% / 60%; hairlines and plate borders #293240 at 16%.

## Color
- **Accent on the ground: #8864BC** (4.57:1), adjusted from Fathom's primary #9A76D0 so it stays readable. Use it for kickers, key numbers and one highlight per screen, not for large fills.
- **Primary #9A76D0** for filled shapes (buttons, chips, bars), with #000000 text on it (5.88:1).
- Highlight #529EE6 (from Fathom's logo gradient): sparing emphasis, never body text.
- Quote every hex exactly as written above.

## Type
- Headlines: **IBM Plex Serif**. Body: **IBM Plex Sans**. Both on Google Fonts.

## Shape
- Cards and panels: 10px corners. Buttons and chips: 28px.

## Voice
- Tone: professional. Energy: medium. Written for businesses.
- Headlines are short and concrete.
