Application: The software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named CIT Citizen App.

Usage Data: Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

C. Information Collected via Application Features

To provide the modular features of the Application, We collect the following with Your prior permission:

Location Information: We use GPS and network location to help You find the nearest Service Points and to accurately tag the location of Cases or Orders.
Camera and Photo Library: We access these only when You choose to attach photos to a Case.. This is used to document the service issue or request.

3.2. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage and performance of the app.
To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user.
To process Requests & Complaints: To facilitate the end-to-end flow of waste collection orders and feedback cases.
To contact You: By push notifications or email regarding updates, security alerts, or informative communications related to the functionalities.
To provide News & Announcements: To keep You informed about institutional updates.
To comply with legal obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA

With Institutions: As a white-label platform, your data (requests, location, and contact info) is shared with the relevant Municipality, Waste Collection Institution or Service Provider so they can fulfill your service requests.
With Service Providers: We use third-party service providers (such as Google Places) solely to support application functionality. These providers process data only on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.
Business Transfers: If the Company is involved in a merger or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred.
Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade Your Personal Data to third parties.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
