Article 1 (General Provisions)
1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all services provided by the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
2. The purpose of these Terms is to establish the rights, duties, and obligations of the company and users in connection with the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
Article 3 (User Rights and Responsibilities)
1. The user has the right to use the Service according to the Terms and the specific rules of each service provided by the company.
2. The user must provide accurate information during membership registration and update the information when necessary. Any damages resulting from the user's failure to do so shall be the user's responsibility.
3. The user is responsible for managing their account credentials and must prevent unauthorized access to their account. Any damages caused by the user’s failure to comply with these responsibilities are the user's liability.
Article 4 (Service Availability)
1. The Service is available 24/7 unless there is a special reason such as system maintenance, service modification, or force majeure events.
2. In case of temporary service suspension due to maintenance, the company will notify the user in advance if possible. If the service suspension is unplanned, the company will notify the user after the service is restored.
Article 5 (Service Modifications and Changes)
1. The company may change, update, or suspend part of the Service based on technical reasons or business decisions. The user will be notified of such changes if the changes are significant.
2. If a user does not agree to any changes to the Service, they may stop using the Service and may request a refund for any unused portion of paid services according to Article 9.
Article 6 (User’s Rights and Obligations)
1. The user must comply with the laws and regulations, these Terms, and the company’s rules while using the Service.
2. The user is prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities, including unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of content.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The company is not liable for damages caused by events outside its control, including natural disasters, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
2. The company is not liable for any damages resulting from the user’s misuse of the Service or failure to follow the Terms.
Supplementary Provisions
1. These Terms are effective from the date of publication and apply to all users from that date onward.
2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
3. Any matters not covered by these Terms will be governed by applicable laws and regulations.
4. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and the modified Terms will become effective as of the notification date.
Article 8 (Provision of Services)
1. The service shall be provided 24/7, 365 days a year, unless there are business or technical issues or other special circumstances. However, the company may set different service hours depending on the nature of each individual service.
2. The company will make efforts to provide stable services in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event of a service interruption due to unavoidable circumstances, the company will make efforts to repair and restore the service as soon as possible. However, in cases of system maintenance, natural disasters, or emergencies, services may be temporarily suspended.
3. Services provided through partnerships may be changed or suspended depending on the parking lot or the operator's circumstances.

6. The company may perform service or server maintenance to provide stable services, and services will be available after the maintenance.
7. The company may send notices and management messages related to services to users, and advertising information will be sent only after obtaining the user's separate consent.
8. Any communication or financial costs incurred during service use shall be borne by the user, and the company is not responsible for such costs.
9. The company may temporarily suspend the service due to the inspection, replacement, failure, communication failure, or reasonable operational reasons of information and communication equipment. In such cases, the company will either notify users in advance or, if prior notice is difficult, notify them afterward.
10. The company may conduct regular maintenance, which may cause temporary service suspension. The schedule for such maintenance will be notified in advance.
11. The company may change the service content, operation, or technical matters to provide stable service.
12. The company will notify users of changes to the service, including the content and effective date, in advance. However, if prior notice is not possible, the company may notify users afterward.
13. If the user does not agree to the service change, they can express their refusal to the company and terminate the service contract.
14. The company may change or suspend all or part of the services for reasonable reasons related to policy changes or similar matters, and no compensation will be provided unless specifically required by applicable laws.
Article 9 (Refunds)
1. If the service purchased by the user becomes unavailable, the company may refund the user within 7 days after notifying them of the issue.
2. The user may request a refund for a purchased service (such as a subscription or other service) within 7 days from the purchase date. However, the following cases are excluded from refunds:
3. The purchased service (such as a subscription or other service) will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the expiration date of the subscription period.
4. If the user wishes to cancel the subscription and request a refund, they may cancel it through the relevant store's subscription settings. Upon cancellation, the subscription will automatically stop after the current subscription period ends.
Article 10 (Service Use)
1. The user can use the services specified in Article 8, Paragraph 4 after completing the membership registration process.
2. Non-members can use the services specified in Article 8, Paragraph 4 in a limited manner after agreeing to these terms and obtaining permission from the company.
3. The user can raise any inconvenience experienced during service use, and the company will make efforts to resolve the issue if deemed valid.
4. The user is responsible for managing their username and password, and they may not transfer or gift these to others. Any damage or loss arising from the use of their registered username and password will be the user's responsibility.
5. The user's service may be restricted in the following cases:

Without the company's permission, the user may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, transfer, lease, pledge, or grant usage rights for any part of the service or the software included in the service. Reverse engineering, attempting to extract the source code, reproduction, decomposition, or alteration of the software is also prohibited.
7. If the user does not comply with the relevant laws, the company's terms, or policies, the company may investigate the violation and temporarily or permanently suspend the user's service use, or restrict the user's re-registration.
8. If the user has not logged in for a certain period of time, the company may request additional information to prevent potential account theft. If a user has not logged in for 12 months or more, the company may begin the account suspension procedure.
Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)
1. The company will make every effort to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these terms.
2. The company will take administrative and technical safety measures to protect personal information and ensure the highest level of information security.
3. The company will maintain fair and sound operations to sustain electronic commerce order and maximize customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services through continuous research and development, contributing to the development of the internet business.
4. The company will prioritize and promptly handle any complaints or issues raised by customers. If immediate resolution is not possible, the company will inform the customer of the reasons and the expected resolution timeline.
5. The company will actively cooperate with consumer protection agencies and public institutions to facilitate consumer protection efforts.
Article 12 (Obligations of the Member)
1. The member is fully responsible for the information they post.
2. The member is responsible for managing their username and password.
3. The member must manage their username and password securely and may not disclose them to others.
4. The member must check the usage methods and conditions of the usage rights, subscription rights, paid services, and partner services before using the service. Any losses arising from failure to confirm these conditions are the responsibility of the member.

6. If the member fails to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities outlined in this section, they may face service restrictions or membership cancellation.
7. The member is responsible for compensating for any damages caused to the company or third parties due to intentional or negligent actions.
8. The member may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, or otherwise use or provide any information obtained through the service without prior approval from the company.
9. The member may not hack the company's service or upload illegal programs.
Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)
1. The company is not responsible for any damages related to free services, unless there are specific provisions in relevant laws.
2. If the company is subject to a third-party claim or legal action due to the user's illegal actions, the user must make every effort to indemnify the company. If the company is not indemnified, the user is responsible for compensating for any damages.
3. The company may collect unpaid amounts or damages through the user's registered payment information, and if payments continue to be delayed, the company may take legal action.
4. If the user fails to meet financial obligations under this agreement, they must pay delayed damages at a rate of 15% annually.
5. The company is not liable for damages incurred by the user, except for cases involving willful misconduct or gross negligence, and is exempt from liability under Article 15.
Article 14 (Exemption from Liability)
1. The company is not liable for failure to provide services due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
2. The company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
3. The company is not responsible for damages or service disruptions caused by third-party information.
4. The company is not legally responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted on the service.
5. It is recommended that users consult experts before making legal, medical, or financial decisions based on information obtained through the service.
6. This agreement applies only to users who have entered into a service contract, and the company is exempt from liability to third parties.
7. The company is not responsible for delays in service caused by server maintenance.
Article 15 (Complaint Handling)
1. The company collects feedback and handles complaints related to user information via phone, written communication, email, or the company website.
Article 16 (Notifications)
1. The company may notify users of important matters related to these terms or service usage by posting on the app's screen, or through other methods such as SMS, email, or letters.
Article 17 (Termination of Service)
1. If the company wishes to terminate the service, it will notify users 60 days in advance and can terminate the service after that period.
2. After the 60-day notice, users can only purchase service rights within the next 30 days, and after the service termination notice, they will no longer be able to purchase rights.
3. If a user purchases a service right 30 days before termination, it can only be used for the remaining 30 days. If more than 30 days is purchased, the user can request a refund for the unused time according to Article 9.
Article 18 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
1. In case of disputes regarding personal information, the company and user may apply for mediation from the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
2. In case of disputes between the company and the user, the court with jurisdiction over the user's address will be the competent court. If the address is unclear, the court is determined according to the Civil Procedure Act. In case of debt collection issues, the court responsible for managing the debt is the company's office where the debt collection is handled.
Article 19 (Effectiveness of Terms)
1. These terms and conditions apply to all users who access and use the company's services.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions will come into effect on April 1, 2025.
