- Building and Audit Data: Information about buildings, floors, areas, checklists, responses, and photos you upload during audits. This is user-generated content and remains under your control.
- Device and Usage Data: Device type, OS version, IP address, app usage patterns, and crash logs (via Firebase).
- Camera and Gallery Access: When you choose to take or upload photos as part of an audit, we request permission to access your camera and/or photo gallery. Photos are uploaded only to your audit records in Firebase Storage and are not used for any other purpose.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App functionality (e.g., saving audits, calculating completion percentages).
- Authenticate your account and enable secure access.
- Store and display your uploaded photos and audit data within the App.
- Analyze usage to fix bugs and enhance features (aggregated and anonymized where possible).
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase services (Firestore for structured data and Storage for photos). We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Photos and audit data are associated with your account and accessible only to you (or users you explicitly share access with, if implemented in future versions).
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers (e.g., Google Firebase) bound by strict confidentiality.
- To comply with legal requirements, court orders, or protect rights and safety.
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

- Revoke camera/gallery permissions at any time via your device settings (this may limit some App features).
