1. Scope of Policy: This policy describes how PreWin ("we", "us", or "our") collects, stores, and uses your personal and device data to provide a competitive platform for sports and election predictions and community leaderboards.

2. Personal and Sensitive Data Collection: To provide our services, we collect the following personal information:

• Mobile Number: Collected during registration to uniquely identify your account and associate it with your prediction history.

• User-Provided Name: We store a name to represent your profile on public leaderboards.

3. Prediction Data: The app stores user-generated data, including match outcome selections for Cricket and forecasted seat counts/tolerance ranges for Elections.

4. Purpose and Use of Data: Data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Verifying user identity and preventing unauthorized access.

• Core Functionality: Calculating prediction scores based on official results.

• Community Features: Maintaining global and category-specific leaderboards.

Note: We do not use your email or mobile number for marketing, nor do we sell your data to third parties. We do not collect physical addresses or real-time location data.

5. Leaderboard Display and Data Sharing: To foster a competitive environment, your Name and Prediction Accuracy Scores are displayed on public leaderboards accessible to all registered users. By participating in predictions, you consent to this public display of your username and score.

6. Service Providers and Cloud Storage: We use Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) to securely host all user profiles and prediction data. Your data is processed by Google in accordance with their standard security protocols.

7. Children’s Privacy: The PreWin app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion:

• Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active to preserve your prediction history.

• Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data. To request deletion, please contact us at poornisen@gmail.com. Upon verification, all your personal data (Mobile Number and Name) and prediction history will be permanently erased from our Firebase database.

9. Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
