3. Rival Mode & Social Interactions

BAN IT includes a "Rival Mode" where users can compete against friends to break habits. regarding this feature:

Voluntary Participation: Your participation in challenges or competitions is 100% voluntary.
No Liability for Wagers: BAN IT is a tracking tool, not a gambling platform. If you and a rival user choose to place monetary wagers, bets, or stakes on the outcome of a challenge, these are private agreements between you and the other user. BAN IT is not responsible for enforcing these debts, holding funds, or mediating disputes.
Monetary Losses: We are not liable for any financial losses, uncollected debts, or relationship damages resulting from your use of Rival Mode.

4. Use of the App

BAN IT is designed to provide tracking tools and community support. You agree to use the app responsibly. You may not:

Use the app for unlawful purposes or activities.
Disrupt or interfere with the app’s functionality.
Harass, bully, or intimidate rivals or other users in the community features.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or exploit the app’s software.

Respect your rivals. Toxic behavior is not tolerated.
