VersTrade collects Information about you, the
User of this Website and/or Application via the Website and/or the online Application. In this Privacy Statement you can read which
Information is collected by VersTrade, for what purposes this Information is
used and for what period this Information is stored. VersTrade ensures that the Information is collected, processed and stored
carefully and in accordance with the legal provisions .

Article 1 Definitions

Account the customer account created by the Customer on the Platform.
Customer the (legal) person who places an order with a
Supplier via the Platform.
Application The VersTrade Application, which can be downloaded from the Appstore and the Google
Playstore. This Privacy Statement applies to all
downloadable versions of the Application.
User All persons who use the Website and/or Application. This
also includes Suppliers and (potential) Customers.
Information All data (including personal data) and information about Users
that is collected, processed and stored by VersTrade.
Supplier any (legal) person who offers Products via the Platform.
Platform the VersTrade online environment on which Suppliers
can offer their Products and Customers can order Products. The Platform is
owned by VersTrade.
Products cooling products, frozen products, fresh products, dry products or other
types of products that are ordered by the Customer via the Platform, including
the packaging of that product.
VersTrade VersTrade Nederland BV, located at Computerweg 16, 3542 DR in
Utrecht, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce
under number 77266560. VersTrade is the owner of the Platform and
distributor of orders placed.

Article 2 VersTrade

VersTrade is the owner of the Website and Application. VersTrade is an online Platform
on which Suppliers can offer their Products and Customers can
order Products. In order to optimize this process, VersTrade collects, processes and stores
Information from Users of the Website and/or Application. This Information is
collected, processed and stored in accordance with this Privacy Statement. VersTrade is
responsible for the way in which this is done.

Article 3 Manual information collection

VersTrade collects information both manually and automatically.
This is almost only done manually if
VersTrade customer service is contacted. During this contact, customer service will need various information to
be able to answer your question or to register and handle complaint. The
processing of this Information is necessary for the
representation of VersTrade's legitimate interests, namely optimizing the customer service that VersTrade
offers you. The Information collected for this purpose is stored in
VersTrade's computer system and will be used for the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement.
If the relevant Information is important in the context of customer satisfaction, this
Information can be used for evaluation purposes and customer satisfaction surveys.

Article 4 Information Collected Automatically

VersTrade automatically collects Information about
your surfing behavior during your visit to the Website and your use of the Application, both via the Application and via the Website. This

asks for personal data, namely the contact details of the contact person.
You can adjust this Information yourself at any time in your Account or sales account.

contacting the Supplier and/or the Customer after the order has been placed. VersTrade
may need to contact you regarding the delivery time and the delivery itself.
It is also possible that the contact details are shared with an external carrier,
only for the delivery of the order you have placed. This Information, and the sharing
thereof with an external carrier, is therefore necessary for the execution of the
agreement that you conclude via the Platform. Information that is provided when creating
an account, Information that you add later and Information that
is provided via other functionalities, is also stored in the computer system of
VersTrade.
VersTrade can, when you are logged in to the Account, draw your attention to special
offers and previously ordered Products.

Article 6 Information Provided

When you are logged in to the Website and/or Application, you can place an order. VersTrade
uses the Information
you have provided via your Account to process and deliver this order. This Information is necessary for the delivery and
billing of your order.
VersTrade also collects Information about the content of orders in order to provide both Buyers
and Suppliers with insight into previous purchases. You can
also view this Information yourself on your Account. When processing this Information, VersTrade has a
legitimate interest in optimizing the service.
VersTrade may also use the Information in the event of a recall. When you
has ordered a product that is subject to a recall, VersTrade will
contact you to discuss the relevant procedure with you. VersTrade has
a legitimate interest in processing this Information to prevent an
unsafe situation from arising and to protect its Customers.
If it is found that the services of VersTrade are being misused, VersTrade
can also use the Information in question to prevent
the services of VersTrade from being used in the future. In that case, VersTrade can

within the company and your gender in order to personalize the newsletter. This data

VersTrade's legitimate interest in sending a newsletter. If you no longer wish to
receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time from receiving the newsletter.

A customer profile is created with the information that VersTrade collects about you. Based on this
customer profile, VersTrade can tailor its marketing to you as well as possible. For example,
VersTrade can bring
special offers to your attention by means of e-mail messages, the Website, the Application or via the websites of third parties.

– The functionalities you use

In order to improve the quality of service, VersTrade may use your Information
for statistical research. The Information used for this statistical research

legitimate interest that VersTrade has in conducting this statistical research is the
interest in improving the quality of the service. VersTrade strives to
