The Craft Crawl Terms & Conditions The Craft Crawl Owner/Operator: Amy Beaudry Dziedzic Email: thecraftcrawl@gmail.com These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for any workshop, class, event, or craft experience hosted by The Craft Crawl ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests attending with you, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. A. Refund Policy We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy: 1. Full Refunds Full refunds are available if a refund request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled Event date. 2. Partial Refunds Refund requests received between 3 and 6 days prior to the Event date will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price. 3. Transferability Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please notify The Craft Crawl in advance by email with the name and contact information of the person receiving the ticket. 4. Event Cancellation In the rare event that The Craft Crawl must cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a full refund using the original method of payment. 5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account. 6. Refund Requests To request a refund, please email thecraftcrawl@gmail.com and include your ticket number and reason for the request. 7. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations arise. If exceptional circumstances prevent attendance, please contact us. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your situation. 8. No-Show Policy No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not attend the Event without prior notification. B. Liability Waiver Participation in any Event hosted by The Craft Crawl is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that The Craft Crawl, its owner, employees, contractors, hosts, venue partners, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or other claims arising from participation in any Event. Attendees agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and venue staff. The Craft Crawl reserves the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety guidelines. C. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, venue staff, and property with respect. Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. D. Photography & Media Release By attending a The Craft Crawl Event, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, or other media featuring your participation to be used by The Craft Crawl for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the Event host before the Event begins. E. Workshop Projects & Materials Project outcomes may vary based on individual skill level and artistic interpretation. The Craft Crawl does not guarantee specific results, colors, finishes, or completed project appearances. Materials, supplies, and project options may be substituted with comparable items if necessary. F. Severability If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. G. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. H. Changes to Terms & Conditions The Craft Crawl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting or distribution to attendees.
