🎨 Stardust Crafts LV Events — Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchases & Admission

All guests must purchase a valid ticket to participate. Tickets include the activities, instruction, and materials specified in the selected ticket package.

Tickets are valid only for the event date and activities purchased.
Tickets for two admit two participants. Each participant must have a reserved space.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable except when an event is canceled by the organizer. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting the organizer before the event.

If an event is canceled by Stardust Crafts LV, guests will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price. If an event is rescheduled, guests may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.

3. Arrival & Late Attendance

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in and get settled.
Guests arriving late are welcome to participate, but instruction or activities already completed may not be repeated.

4. Art Supplies & Projects

All necessary materials are provided according to the ticket purchased. Please use supplies responsibly and follow the instructor's directions.

Finished projects are yours to take home. Results will vary depending on individual creativity and experience.

5. Food & Beverages

Food and beverages may be available for purchase separately from the hosting venue and are not included in the ticket price unless otherwise specified.

Alcoholic beverages are optional and may only be purchased and consumed by guests who meet applicable age requirements and restaurant policies.

6. Respectful Participation & Safety

We want everyone to have a fun, welcoming, and creative experience! Guests are expected to treat other participants, instructors, restaurant employees, and property respectfully.

Please follow all safety instructions and use materials only as directed.

Unsafe, threatening, or seriously disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Event Changes

Stardust Crafts LV reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to project materials, activities, or event arrangements when necessary.

If an event must be canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

8. Photography & Social Media

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional photographs may notify the instructor.

Individual permission will be requested before identifiable images are used for marketing.
