🍂 Gathering of the Autumn Twilight – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, registering for a free RSVP, or completing a donation for the Gathering of the Autumn Twilight (the "Event"), you (the "Attendee," "Vendor," or "Volunteer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales and Donations are Final
• All paid ticket sales, registration fees, and voluntary donations are strictly non-refundable.
• In the event that you are unable to attend, your purchase amount will be treated as a direct contribution toward covering venue rentals, community refreshments, and event setup costs.
2. Strict Ticket Transfer Policy
• Ticket transfers apply only to paid events and are not available for free RSVP registrations.
• A minimum of 72 hours' advance notice prior to the official event start time is strictly required to process and finalize a ticket transfer to another individual. Transfer requests submitted inside this 72-hour window will not be accommodated.
3. Age Guidelines & Specific Restrictions
• The main Gathering of the Autumn Twilight is an all-ages, community-friendly event.
• Please note that specific, targeted sub-events or designated spaces within the gathering may carry a strict 18+ or 21+ age restriction. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated in the promotional materials for that specific activity. For those restricted spaces, valid, government-issued photo identification must be presented at the designated entrance checkpoint, and failure to provide proof of age will result in a denial of entry to that specific activity.
4. Vendor and Volunteer Safety Guidelines
• All participating Vendors and Volunteers must strictly adhere to the Event's code of conduct and safety protocols.
• Setting up equipment, inventory, or displays must be completed within designated hours, keeping thoroughfares and emergency exits completely clear.
• Physical safety, structural integrity of booths, and respectful, non-disruptive interpersonal interactions are strictly enforced. The organizing team reserves the right to immediately terminate vendor or volunteer participation and remove individuals from the premises for any safety or behavioral violations.
5. Parking and Venue Liability
• Parking options (including the attached lot, street parking, and the permitted lot at the Brownhoist brewery across the street) are utilized entirely at the vehicle owner's own risk.
• The Event organizers, volunteers, and the venue owners assume no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property or vehicles brought to the Event.
6. Weather and Event Schedule Changes
• As a twilight celebration, elements of this event may take place outdoors or depend on seasonal conditions.
• The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule, modify specific activities, or postpone the Event due to severe weather or unforeseen logistics. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the backup date.
7. Photography and Media Release
• By entering the Event space, you consent to being photographed or recorded by staff, volunteers, or media partners.
• These materials may be used for future community archiving, promotional flyers, or social media recap posts without financial compensation.
