By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

• Lettered & Local experiences are beginner-friendly, and no previous calligraphy or hand-lettering experience is required unless otherwise noted in the event description.

• Your ticket includes the supplies and materials specifically listed in the event description. Ticket prices vary by event and reflect the instruction, materials, supplies, and finished project included with that particular experience.

• Project styles, colors, sizes, and materials may vary based on the event and available supplies.

• For project-based events, templates and lettering guidance are provided to take the guesswork out of creating your finished piece. There’s no blank-space fear here! Freehand lettering is always welcome for those who prefer to create their own design.

• Each event is hosted at a local venue, and food and beverage offerings vary. Check the venue’s current offerings before the event and consider arriving early if you’d like time to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Some venues may not serve food or beverages, so you may want to plan to eat before the event or bring food if the venue allows it.

• Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.

• I know life happens! If something comes up after the refund window, please reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate you with a ticket transfer or another option when possible, but accommodations after the refund deadline are not guaranteed.

• Lettered & Local may need to cancel or reschedule an event due to severe weather, illness, venue issues, emergencies, or low enrollment. If that happens, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to another upcoming event.

• Please follow all rules and policies of the venue where your event is hosted. By attending, you agree to participate responsibly and respectfully.
