By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

All Sales Are Final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact Kaya Mae Studio before the event with the new attendee’s name.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Kaya Mae Studio or the venue must cancel the event, ticket holders will receive a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date. If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.

Arrival & Late Attendance
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full workshop. Late arrivals are welcome, but additional time cannot be guaranteed beyond the scheduled event hours.

Materials & Finished Projects
Craft supplies and materials are included unless otherwise stated. Because plants and natural materials vary, individual terrariums may differ from promotional photos. Each participant is responsible for the care of their finished terrarium after leaving the event.

Promotions
The “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” offer applies only when qualifying tickets are purchased together and cannot be combined with other promotions or redeemed for cash.

Photography & Video
Photos or short videos may be taken during the event for Kaya Mae Studio’s social media and marketing. Guests who prefer not to be photographed may let us know at check-in.

Personal Belongings & Participation
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and participate in craft activities at their own discretion. Kaya Mae Studio and the venue are not responsible for lost or unattended personal items.

Venue Purchases
Food, beverages, books, and other merchandise purchased from The Midnight Dreary are separate from the workshop ticket unless specifically stated otherwise.
