The Creative Social Co. — Workshop Terms & Conditions

Ticket Purchase & Registration
Your ticket reserves one seat for the Creative Social Co. workshop on October 17th at Urban Bean. Space is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying The Creative Social Co. before the event. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Event Changes/Cancellation
The Creative Social Co. reserves the right to modify the workshop, including the craft project, if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If the event must be canceled by The Creative Social Co., registered attendees will receive a full refund.

Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are available for purchase directly from Urban Bean and are not included in the workshop ticket price. Attendees are responsible for their own food and beverage purchases.

Craft Materials
All materials needed for the advertised project will be provided. Due to the creative nature of the workshop, finished projects may vary slightly from promotional photographs. We encourage you to make the project your own!

Arrival
Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in and get settled. The workshop will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Children/Guests
Your ticket includes one crafting space and supplies for one participant. Guests who are not participating should check with the venue regarding available seating.

Photography & Social Media
Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs or videos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let The Creative Social Co. know when you arrive.

Liability
Participants are responsible for using craft materials and tools appropriately and following the instructor's directions. The Creative Social Co. is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left unattended during the event.
