Craft Workshop Liability Waiver

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this craft workshop is voluntary. I acknowledge that the activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: cuts, punctures, or abrasions from sharp tools (needles, scissors, carving knives); burns from hot tools (glue guns, irons); skin or eye irritation from adhesives, paints, or resins; and allergic reactions to materials. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks. 
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Craft Social Club, its owners, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising out of my participation in this workshop, even if caused by the negligence of the releasees. 
3. Safety Instructions
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided verbally or in writing by the instructor. I will only use equipment I have been trained on and will ask for clarification if I am unsure how to proceed safely. 
4. Medical Consent & Insurance
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Craft Social Club to arrange for medical treatment if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses and maintain my own health insurance. 
5. Photo Release
I grant the Craft Social Club permission to use photographs or videos taken of me during the workshop for promotional and marketing purposes which includes social media posts.
