By purchasing a ticket for a Woodland & Vine Creative Classes event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event start time are eligible for a refund or class credit.

Due to material prep and limited seating, ticket cancellations requested within 6 days of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Tickets are fully transferable—if you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend!

Arrival & Class Start

Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 10 -15  minutes early to check in, grab refreshments, and get settled so everyone can enjoy the full experience.

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the rare event that Woodland & Vine Creative Classes must cancel or reschedule a class due to inclement weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or a credit toward a future class.

Safety & Materials

All craft tools and materials provided are to be used safely and as directed by the instructor. Woodland & Vine Creative Classes is not responsible for personal property damage (including clothing stains) or personal injuries resulting from normal class activities.

Photo & Media Release

We love sharing the joy of crafting! Occasional photos or short videos may be taken during class for marketing, social media, or promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply inform the instructor prior to the start of class.
