Terms & Conditions — The Acorn Craft Studio

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets, participation in craft events (“Events”), and the purchase of craft kits (“Craft Kits”) offered by The Acorn Craft Studio.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree—on behalf of yourself and any guests included in your purchase—to be bound by the following Terms.

A. Refund Policy for Event Tickets

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be flexible.

1. Refunds:
Refund requests received at least 7 days before the Event are eligible for a refund of the ticket price, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

2. Ticket Transfers:
Tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please notify us in advance with the name and contact information of the new attendee.

3. Event Cancellation:
If The Acorn Craft Studio must cancel an Event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing:
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once the refund has been processed.

5. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us by email and include your ticket number or order information.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:
If you experience an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.

7. No-Show Policy:
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed Events without prior notice.

B. Liability Waiver

By attending an Event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to release The Acorn Craft Studio, the Event venue, and their respective affiliates from liability for injury, property damage, or loss arising from your participation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Acorn Craft Studio, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and Event venues from claims arising from your participation in an Event.

C. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow all guidelines established by The Acorn Craft Studio and the Event venue. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

D. Photography & Recording

By attending an Event, you acknowledge that photographs or recordings may be taken for promotional, marketing, social media, or archival purposes. The Acorn Craft Studio may use this media in connection with its business and promotional activities.

E. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

G. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Acorn Craft Studio may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting or notification to customers and apply to purchases made thereafter.
