🎨 Painted Pours – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals purchasing tickets and/or attending a Painted Pours event on any date, hosted at any location. By completing your purchase and/or entering the venue, you agree to the following:

1. 🎟️ TICKETS & ADMISSION
	•	Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid only for the specific session time selected at checkout.
	•	Session-Specific Access: Entry will not be permitted to sessions outside of your selected time, regardless of availability.
	•	Digital or Printed Tickets: All attendees must present a valid digital or printed ticket upon entry. Tickets will be scanned at the door.

2. 🚫 REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
	•	All Sales Are Final: No refunds, exchanges, or ticket transfers will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
	•	Scheduling conflicts
	•	Wrong session selection
	•	Weather conditions
	•	Personal emergencies
	•	No Rescheduling: Tickets cannot be switched to another session after purchase.
	•	Invalid Tickets: Tickets without the correct session time, duplicated QR codes, or altered information may be canceled without notice.

3. 🪑 SEATING & MATERIALS
	•	First-Come, First-Seated: Seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis within your session.
	•	Materials Provided: Each ticket includes one canvas (based on selected size), paint, brushes, and apron.
	•	Extras Available On-Site: Additional canvases and upgrades may be available for purchase during the event while supplies last.

4. 🍷 AGE RESTRICTIONS & ALCOHOL POLICY
	•	21+ Event: This event is strictly for guests aged 21 and older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to enter and to redeem the complimentary drink.
	•	Drink Responsibly: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated. No outside alcohol is allowed.
	•	Complimentary Drink: Each attendee will receive one complimentary drink at check-in. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

5. 🍽️ FOOD & VIP PLATE PASS POLICY
	•	VIP Plate Pass: If you selected the VIP Plate Pass at checkout, your plate will be guaranteed and ready at the time of your session.
	•	On-Site Plate Purchases: Meals sold during the event are first-come, first-served and subject to availability. These meals are priced higher than pre-paid VIP options.
	•	No Modifications: Meal options are pre-set. No substitutions or special dietary requests can be accommodated on-site.

6. 🧾 EVENT CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
	•	Respect the Space & Others: Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment or safety of others may be removed without refund.
	•	Property Damage: Attendees are financially responsible for any damage caused to venue property, materials, or equipment during the event.

7. ⚠️ LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
	•	Voluntary Participation: By attending, you acknowledge that participation in a paint & sip event involves potential hazards (e.g., paint spills, minor injury) and agree to participate at your own risk.
	•	Release of Liability: Painted Pours, its staff, affiliates, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, lost or stolen items, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

8. 🎥 MEDIA RELEASE
	•	Photography & Videography: By entering the event space, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used in future promotional materials for Painted Pours or XTREME Impact Allstars.
	•	Opting Out: If you wish not to be photographed, please notify a staff member at check-in. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

9. 😷 HEALTH & SAFETY
	•	Illness: Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19 or any contagious illness within 5 days of the event.
	•	Sanitization: Paint stations, brushes, and materials will be sanitized before each session.

10. 💙 CHARITY SUPPORT STATEMENT

All proceeds from this event benefit XTREME Impact Allstars, a nonprofit cheer program supporting youth ages 4–18 through athletic training, mentorship, and community outreach. Your participation helps fund uniforms, travel, clinics, and more — thank you for supporting this mission!
