### **Moonlit Tomes and Trinkets: Sand Art Terrarium Class – Terms and Conditions**

**1. Registration & Ticketing:**
- Tickets are required for entry to the **Sand Art Terrarium Workshop**. Your ticket must be purchased in advance through our event platform or directly with Moonlit Tomes and Trinkets.
- Each ticket is valid for one participant only. All attendees must have a ticket to enter.
- All participants must register under their full legal name for ticket purposes.

**2. Event Details:**
- The **Sand Art Terrarium Workshop** will be held at **Synergy Realty LLC – Professional Suites, behind Brown Dog Coffeehouse** located at **9905 SW 52nd Ave, Ocala, FL**.
- The event is scheduled for **Friday, May 9th, 2025**, from **6:30 PM – 8:00 PM**.
  - **Craft Time:** The craft activity will begin promptly at **6:30 PM** and will run for **45 minutes**.
  - Please arrive **15 minutes early** to check in and get settled.

**3. Cancellations and Refunds:**
- **No Refund Policy:** No refunds will be issued for cancellations up to **one week before the event**.
- **Refund Requests:** If you cancel your registration at least **one week before the event**, you will receive a **full refund**.
- **No-shows:** If you do not show up for the event without prior notice, no refund will be given.
- **Event Cancellation by Host:** In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop, you will receive a **full refund**.

**4. Event Modifications:**
- Moonlit Tomes and Trinkets reserves the right to change or modify the event details, including time, location, or instructors, due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a significant change, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

**5. Health & Safety:**
- Participants are required to follow all applicable health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. This may include wearing masks, social distancing, or other protocols based on current health guidelines.
- By attending the event, you acknowledge that you are in good health and not experiencing symptoms of illness.

**6. Food & Drink:**
- Food and beverages are **not included in the ticket price**. However, **participants are welcome to purchase coffee, snacks, or other items from Brown Dog Coffeehouse** (located at **40 SW 1st Ave, Ocala, FL 34471**) and bring them into the event space.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless specified otherwise by the event host.

**7. Photography and Media:**
- By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photographs, videos, or other media taken during the workshop for promotional purposes by Moonlit Tomes and Trinkets.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event host at the start of the event.

**8. Liability Waiver:**
- By attending the event, you agree to release and hold harmless **Moonlit Tomes and Trinkets**, **Synergy Realty LLC**, and their employees, agents, or affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety while handling materials during the workshop.

**9. Miscellaneous:**
- This event is intended for adults 18 and older. Any participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The host reserves the right to remove any participants who do not comply with event guidelines or who cause disruption to the class.
