1. All Sales Final
All sales made by Fairy’s Fabulous Creations are final. Except as expressly provided herein, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be granted for any reason.

2. Customer Cancellations
In the event a customer is unable to attend or utilize the purchased event, service, or product, no refund shall be provided. At the sole and exclusive discretion of Fairy’s Fabulous Creations, a credit may be issued to the customer for use toward future events, services, or products. The issuance of such credit shall not create an obligation or precedent for future cases.

3. Company Cancellations
If Fairy’s Fabulous Creations cancels an event, service, or product for any reason within its reasonable control, customers shall be entitled to receive either (a) a full refund of the purchase price, or (b) a credit toward a future event, service, or product, at the election of the customer.

4. Force Majeure
Fairy’s Fabulous Creations shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance, or for any cancellation, when such failure, delay, or cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, accident, illness, injury, death, governmental orders or restrictions, power outages, facility closures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”).

In the event a Force Majeure Event occurs, Fairy’s Fabulous Creations will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected event or service. If rescheduling is not feasible, Fairy’s Fabulous Creations may, at its sole discretion, provide either a refund or a credit toward a future event, service, or product.

5. Credits
Any credit issued under these Terms & Conditions shall be valid for a period of 1 month from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing by Fairy’s Fabulous Creations. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be applied only to future events, services, or products offered directly by Fairy’s Fabulous Creations.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase from Fairy’s Fabulous Creations, the customer expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
