Terms & Conditions – Resin Craft Class
1. Age Requirement
  -Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Health & Safety
  -Resin may emit fumes and require proper ventilation. 
  -Participants with respiratory conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities should consult a doctor before attending.
  -Proper attire is recommended. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, spills may occur.

3.Waiver of Liability
  -By registering, participants acknowledge that they are working with potentially hazardous materials and assume all risks associated with the activity. The instructor or venue is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages to personal property.

4. Refunds & Credit Policy
  *Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the event.
  *Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future class (valid for 90 days).
  *No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

5. Start Time
  -Please arrive on time. Time will be given to order food before instruction begin, and late arrivals may miss key steps. 

6. Finished Product
  -The instructor is not responsible for outcomes of project.

7. Photography & Social Media
  -Photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. Let us know if you do not wish to appear in any photos.

8. Class Minimums & Cancellations by Instructor
  -Classes require a minimum number of participants. If minimum enrollment isn’t met, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
  -In the event of instructor illness or emergency, the class will be rescheduled, and all participants will be notified.
