Craft Party Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for the Craft Party event ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring to the Event, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. A. Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we have a refund policy to accommodate our attendees: 1. Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for ticket purchases if the request is made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Event. 2. Partial Refunds: If you need to cancel your ticket up to 3 days before the Event, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price. 3. Transferability: Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend the Event. Please notify us in advance with the name and contact information of the individual to whom you wish to transfer the ticket. 4. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders using the original method of payment. 5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of a refund request. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise.
