Terms & Conditions for Event Attendance

1. General Information

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event (“Event”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions set forth by the Event Organizer (“Organizer”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, guests, participants, sponsors, and partners of the Event.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry
	•	All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform or authorized partners.
	•	Each ticket admits one (1) person only unless otherwise stated.
	•	The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without refund if they fail to comply with the Event’s entry requirements, including age restrictions, dress codes, or conduct guidelines.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
	•	All ticket sales are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances such as change of plans, illness, or inability to attend.
	•	In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
	•	In case of a full event cancellation (not postponement), the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for future events.

4. Transfer of Tickets
	•	Tickets may be transferable only if explicitly permitted by the Organizer.
	•	Unauthorized reselling or duplication of tickets is prohibited and may result in denial of entry without refund.

5. Event Changes
	•	The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event lineup, venue, date, or schedule without prior notice.
	•	Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.

6. Conduct and Safety
	•	Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward others.
	•	The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person who causes disturbance, poses safety risks, or engages in inappropriate behavior, without refund.
	•	Attendees must comply with all safety instructions and venue regulations.

7. Photography, Video, and Media Rights
	•	By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes by the Organizer.
	•	All media captured during the Event is the property of the Organizer and may be used across all platforms without further consent or compensation.

8. Liability
	•	The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft sustained during the Event.
	•	Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety.
	•	The Organizer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from attendance at the Event.

9. Force Majeure
	•	The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of the Event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law
	•	These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
	•	Any disputes arising in connection with this Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
