By registering for or sponsoring the 2026 5th Annual Dennis Geshel Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico, participants and sponsors agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All registrations, sponsorships, and donations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including participant cancellation, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or event modifications.

• The tournament will take place rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by tournament organizers or the golf course.

• Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, contests, prizes, player pairings, or sponsorship benefits as necessary.

• Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the tournament and related activities.

• By attending the event, participants grant Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico permission to use photographs, video, or likenesses captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

• Sponsors and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event.

• All proceeds from the tournament support Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico’s mission of providing veterans with no-cost trips to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials.
