Terms and Conditions for Battle of the Courses Ticket Purchases

By purchasing a ticket for Battle of the Courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Liability Waiver
The Foodie Bistro and all associated event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or other liability that may occur during or after the event. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the event, including any food allergies, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. Our intention is to create a fun, exciting, and safe environment for everyone, but we are not liable for any injuries or harm that may arise.

Event Modifications
The Foodie Bistro reserves the right to change or modify the event schedule, menu, or other event details as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to ticket holders, but we will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by these changes.

Menu and Substitutions
The menu for Battle of the Courses is served a la carte and no substitutions are allowed. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, we can only remove ingredients from a dish, but cannot alter the menu beyond that. Please contact us in advance for any concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by The Foodie Bistro. In the event of a cancellation, full refunds will be processed.

Conduct at the Event
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior, including intoxication, violence, or harassment, will result in removal from the event without a refund.

Photography and Media
By attending the event, you agree to allow The Foodie Bistro to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please inform an event organizer prior to the event.
