Terms and Conditions: Spring Painting Party at Columbia Park

Event Disclaimer:
This event will take place rain or shine. No cancellations or refunds will be provided. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Ticket Descriptions:
It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to carefully read and understand the ticket descriptions before proceeding with payment. Ensure that you have selected the correct ticket type to meet your needs.

Ticket Presentation:
All attendees must present a printed copy of their tickets or display a screenshot of the tickets on their mobile device for entry to the painting party. Failure to provide a valid ticket may result in denied entry.

Age Requirement:
This event is suitable for kids aged 6 and above. Parents accompanying children are encouraged to purchase tickets accordingly if they wish to paint this own canvas. Parents supervising the event may also get a snow cone. 

Discounts and Multiple Tickets:
Discounts are available for multiple ticket purchases. Please review the pricing details and take advantage of applicable discounts before completing your transaction.

Event Venue:
The painting party will be held at Yellow Shelter 1, Columbia Park, Lafayette, Indiana. Please familiarize yourself with the venue's location and plan your arrival accordingly.

Liability Waiver:
All participants and attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor events and agree to hold the event organizers harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Spring Painting Party.

Photography and Media:
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in event-related media, please inform the event staff.

Clothing Stains:
While smocks will be provided, the event organizers are not responsible for stains on clothing. Participants are advised to dress appropriately and be mindful of potential paint splatters during the artistic activities.
